Dixie received her undergraduate degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Texas Tech University. After college, Dixie completed her master's degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. She has experience in hospital, clinic, and public school settings. She enjoys helping children better comprehend and communicate with their loved ones. Dixie also loves spending time with her husband and children, being outside in the sunshine, and cooking.
